Saint Côme d'Olt

For pilgrims arriving from the high plateaux of the Aubrac, the view over the old town of Saint Côme d'Olt has remained unchanged for several centuries. You enter the village through the Théron Gate and, once you have passed through,  a wonderful network of narrow streets is revealed with astonishing buildings, preserved for 600 years.
